Finance Manager

Well established manufacturing organisation are looking to recruit a Qualified Accountant to join their Finance Team.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a newly created position and will be responsible for the management of the internal reporting processes, mentoring and training of junior accountants and to manage the budgeting and forecasting process.

Key accountabilities :

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, collating and preparing results for timely review by the Senior Management Team and meeting Group submission deadlines
• Responsible for all Head Office variance analysis relating to budgets, forecasts and actual submissions to deadlines
• Direct responsibilty and ongoing mentoring of the junior members of the team adn ensure their development plan is on track
• Overseeing the issuing and preparation of the monthly management pack

The succesful candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a Senior role ideally with a strong background in manufacturing. You will have advanced excel skills and experience with a large ERP system would be a distinct advantage.
