Description
Exciting opportunity for a newly qualified ACCA / CIMA Mangement Accountant to join a well established business in the heart of Blackburn.
Reporting to The Group Financial Controller you will be responsible for the following areas :
- Produce the monthly Management Information Pack within established timelines, including trial balance, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statement
- Review and analyse all inputs to the Pack
- Provide ad-hoc management reports
- Provide variance analysis and commentary in support of the MI Pack
- Continually adapt and improve management reports as agreed with Group Financial Controller
- Prepare annual budget and rolling business plan/forecast information
- Perform key balance sheet reconciliation tasks
- Produce monthly KPI's
- Business analysis on specified areas, including branch profitability analyses
Candidates will have strong communication skills, have strong spreadsheet / Excel experience and the ability to deliver accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards
