Description

My exclusive client are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager to join their team. This position will report into the Managing Director and will suit a QBE / Part Qualified Accountant who enjoys an autonomous position.

Duties will include :

  • Producing monthly management accounts
  • Producing cash flow forecasts
  • Management of the sales / purchase ledger
  • VAT reporting and handling any HMRC related queries
  • Reconciling the bank accounts, raising invoices and paying suppliers
  • Ad hoc office management related duties including negotiating contracts with suppliers etc
  • Processing the payroll

The ideal candidate will be a self starter and confident in their abilities to communicate at all levels. Proficent in SAGE and Excel this a fantastic opportunity to make a career in a rapidly expanding business. Interviews are immediate.
