My exclusive cleint; a quickly growing SME, are currently looking for an Administrator to join there team in the Blackburn area; which is situated near Darwen and Clitheroe. This opportunity would be full time working 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis and you will be working directly alongside the Administration Team Manager and Finance Manager. This opportunity would include a very competitive salary plus great holidays and benifits.

Responsibilities within this role would be;

  • Provide assistance with the preparation of the annual reviews
  • Dealing with change of address requests for clients.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the relevant department.
  • Order and maintain relevant office supplies for effectiveness of office duties.
  • Preparation of post on a daily basis including operating the franking machine.
  • File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned by SSAS Manager
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between clients/Professional Connections and relevant staff.
  • Manage, organise and update relevant data using database applications, strong organisation and prioritising skills are essential for this position.
  • Good typing and word-processing skills to enable letters/reports/emails/documents to be prepared.
  • Excel knowledge
  • Sage 50
