Management Accountant

Description

Agility Resourcing are partnering with a growing Lancaster based company who, due to ongoing business growth, are now in a position to expand their finance team with the addition of a Management Accountant.

Reporting to the Financial Controller as Management Accountant you will work alongside the senior leadership team in producing the month-end financials and assist with commercial and strategic decisions.

As Management Accountant you will be responsible for :

• Production of the month-end management accounts pack with supporting commentary
• Responsible for the management of a small transactional team
• Oversee the accuracy of all ledgers and cash balances
• Work closely with the non-finance managers to control internal financial expenditure
• Responsible for all company HMRC, VAT and Tax compliances
• Ad hoc project work including ERP system implementation

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with an ability to build relationships with key stake holders across the business.
