£60,000 basic OTE £100,000
We are working with an award-winning group of companies based in Lancashire that has been identified as one of the fastest-growing financial services businesses who are extremely proud of being number one in their market.
Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking a Finance Director to join them in their ambitious team busy office. This position is key to the continued growth of the group.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Day to Day Management of Finance Function and Finance Strategy
- Production of Business Plans and Financial modeling for the group
- Cash and Treasury Management
- Provision and development of management information
- Manage key commercial projects and assistance in the deal progression
- Manage Yearend production of accounts and timetable
- Compilation and production of detailed Management Accounts and cashflow forecasts
- Detailed Profitability Analysis by Income Stream
- All aspects of Payroll and VAT including Pensions Management
- Development and provision of management information and supporting systems
- Development of all Business Systems
- Risk Management
- Provision of Statistics and analysis as required by the business
- Meet deadlines as deterred by the CEO and the Board
Person Spec
- Enthusiastic with an entrepreneurial approach to business
- A leader who can motivate a team to exceed expectations
- Qualified or part-qualified a with significant experience ACCA/CIMA/ ACA or ICAEW
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
