Finance Manager

Description

Agility is delighted to be working exclusively with one of The North Wests leading organisations in their field. Due to doubling in size they are now seeking to appoint aa aspiriing Finance manager who can progress to Finance Director in 18 to 24 months.

The role

You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the finance function,

• Preparing month end accounts
• Cash flow and balance sheet
• Devise and implement procedures and processes for scale
• Variance analysis
• Cash flow forecasts
• Highlighting risks or opportunities
• Prepare departmental budgets,
• Prepare financial data for grant claims
• Support the Finance Director with board reporting.

They are seeking an individual with a "can-do" attitude, someone who can thrive in a collaborative working environment, and who is keen to play an active role within the company, taking ownership of tasks, and seeing them through to completion.

Skills

• Professionally qualified accountant or qualified by experience
• Experience of running a finance team
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Xero desirable
• Detailed working knowledge of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting principles and processes
• This is a start-up environment where you'll have a voice in the business as we grow our products and services.

Benefits

• £50k pa salary depending on experience
