Agility Resourcing is delighted to be working for a well-established manufacturer in the heart of Tarleton. The role is for an experienced Assistant Management Accountant looking for a supportive working environment and a challenging role.
Your responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of the periodic Management Accounts
- Periodic bank reconciliation of 4 accounts
- Periodic overhead analysis and reporting
- Quarterly balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and Prepayments journal posting, and reconciliation
- Reporting vs targets & budgets
- National Statistics reporting
- Assisting with the annual financial audit
- Management of Utilities for various properties
- Management of company credit cards
- Other ad-hoc duties
Person specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Motivated and willing to learn/develop
- Experience within a finance team
- Experience with Sage is preferable
- Currently studying or recently completed AAT (or other Accountancy qualification)
