Agility are working on a fantastic new role for a legal firm based within the Blackburn area. This is a brand new role and is ideal for someone who has previous legal cashier experience OR previous Purchase Ledger experience. For the right candidate, full training will be provided.

Your responsibilities:

• Matching and coding invoices and expenses
• Identifying and rectifying discrepancies within the ledger
• Setting up new suppliers
• Bank reconciliation for both clients and the office
• Preparing CHAPS, BACS and faster payments
• Query resolution
• Other ad hoc duties

Person specification:

• Previous Legal Cashier OR Purchase Ledger experience
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong numerical skills
• Team player

• Base salary of £21,00 - £24,000 dependant on experience
