Agility are delighted to be working with a manufacturer based in Preston! Working under the Finance Manager, who has personally developed 3 Assistant Accountants, you will have significant exposure to Management and Financial Accounts. Having worked with this client before, they are looking for someone to add value to the finance team and help maximise budgeting. This role is perfect for someone looking for a challenge and completely obsessed with numbers.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting the Finance Manager with day to day duties
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets for the company
• Assisting with month end tasks such as fixed assets and reconciling data
• Analysing gross margins
• Reporting on leads for the business
• Analysing individual performance and margin growth
• Other ad hoc duties

What you will have:

• Experience within a finance department
• Ambition
• Ability to self-motivate and meet deadlines
• Ability to hit the ground
