Due to the nature of the business you will be dealing with low value, high volume invoices!

What you will be doing:

• Oversee the finance team and daily tasks
• Payroll & Commissions calculations
• Month end journals, Accruals and Prepayments
• Deferred Income
• Depreciation and Fixed Asset Register maintenance
• Balance sheet reconciliations & bridging reporting
• VAT Returns
• Present board pack back to directors
• Analyse and provide commentary on board pack/management accounts
• Cashflow and Budgets
• Lead on managing team resources to meet objectives
• Produce and report weekly team performance reports
• Payroll & Commissions calculations

What you will have:

• Experience within Management Accounts
• Experience of managing a small team.
• Good knowledge of excel.
• Ability to hit the ground running
