My client is in the energy sector and are looking for an office administrator to join their friendly team to support daily operations.

As an office administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing the reception area and greeting visitors
  • Answering and directing phone calls and emails
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Preparing and distributing correspondence and reports
  • Maintaining and updating records and databases
  • Ordering and stocking office supplies and equipment
  • Assisting with travel arrangements and expense claims
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing other administrative tasks as assigned

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • A good command of written and spoken English
  • A professional and courteous manner
  • A strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • A willingness to learn and grow
