As they continue to grow and expand our operations, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to join the team.

My client are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our company's operations and drive the company's financial strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to contribute to the success of the company.

As finance manager :

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the company's financial planning and analysis, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive financial performance.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.

As Finance Manager it is expected that the successful candidate will be

  • CIMA / ACCA Qualified
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar financial leadership role within the engineering or related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using tools like Excel.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
