Our client is a well established construction company who deal with fit out, refurbishment and new build covering nationwide projects.
Position: Permanent Site Manager
Location: Lancashire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Additional Benefits:

Key Requirements:
- Must have First Aid certification
- Drivers License
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification
- Experience managing projects within the £1.5m-£4m range
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to regulations and company policies.
- Manage resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
- Ensure quality standards are met and work meets client expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to site staff, fostering a positive working environment.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
