This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well established accountancy practice based in Kirkby. My client are looking for an office manager to complete the following duties:
Your duties will include:
* Inputting timesheets
* Ensuring the office is run smoothly
* Credit Control
* Monitoring sickness and holidays
* Other administrative duties
* Answering general queries from the publics
* Being a main point of contact for the company in question
This is a permanent role working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have accounts/office manager experience with a proven track record in using SAGE.
