£25000 - £26000 per annum
I am currently working with an award winning business in Preston who are looking for a HR Officer to join their HR team.
The business is in a very healthy position and has seen considerable growth over recent years. This is a new position that reflects that growth as more resource is now needed within the HR team.
You will be required to ensure the HR function is delivering an effective support service to the rest of the organisation. This will be achieved by building relationships, implementing HR processes, and coaching line managers to ensuring they fully understand these processes.
The Senior Management team are very operational so you should be comfortable at working with Directors and be able to evidence where you have done this previously.
Previous experience of working with HR information systems is preferable and you should also have knowledge of generating various MI reports such as absenteesim and turnover levels. You must also have experience at leading on all ER matters such as disciplinaries, grievance and dismissals.
To apply for this position you should be Level 5 CIPD qualified and have worked in a HR Officer/Advisor role previously.
