The business are based on the outskirts of Preston and their reception is littered with industry awards which evidence how successful they are. To underpin their focus on employee engagement they are now looking for an Internal Communications Officer to join their team. This is a brand new role so there is a relatively blank canvas for someone to make their own impression upon.
We are looking for someone who can ensure that all communications across the organisation are delivered in an accurate and positive method, with the underlying purpose of increasing engagement levels. You will work with stakeholders across to create exciting and interesting content on company news, updates, training, and employee recognition, as well as keeping staff informed on the culture, values and vision.
Applicants must have experience in a Communications role previously, whilst the strong written and verbal skills are clearly paramount.
