I am recruiting a HR Advisor for a business based in Blackburn. This is a superb opportunity for someone currently in HR who is looking to step up into a HR Advisor role as lots of support and development will be provided by a highly talented HR Manager.
You will need to be a commercially minded individual who is able to work with line managers across the business and give them the steer on best practice. You will be responsible for managing all Employee Relations casework from an end to end process. It is not an especially high volume of cases but they can be quite complex so you must have some previous experience of involvement in ER work (not just minute taking in ER meetings).
You will be the first point of contact for all HR queries, providing advice and guidance to line managers and employees regarding policies, employment contracts and terms and conditions. You will have the opportunity to support recruitment activities as well as having responsibility for the delivery of the induction programme to all new starters.
Ideally you will hold or be working towards a CIPD accreditation.
