We are partnering wth a business in the South Lakes who are seeking a HR Business Partner to join their small HR team. This is a generalist role that will require the post-holder to provide a complete HR service, from the completion of all HR admin tasks right up to working on strategic projects. Therefore your disposition must be that of a team player who is happy to get stuck into whatever tasks need doing.
The role reports into a HR Manager and involves a focus of working with Managers across the business to coach them around policy and process, whilst also equipping them with the tools to build engagement with their own teams. You will have responsibility for recruitment and onbaording, all ER casework, performance management, reward, and engagement initiatives.

The role would suit someone who is currently in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner role. You must be hold CIPD Level 5 certification as a minimum. Anyone with HRIS implementation experience is advantageous as a new system will be rolled out later this year. The ability to evidence how you work in a highly organised manner is crucial, as currently the HR function operates extremely effectively with regards to process and record keeping, so we are looking for someone who delivers to an equally high standard.
