My client, one of Blackburns fastest growing companies are looking to add to their award winning accounts team with a Payroll Administrator. The business are one of Blackburns leading employers and specialise in retail logistics.

Due to continued expansion the company now need a Payroll Administrator to perform the following duties.

  • Work in a team to process the weekly payroll of up to 3000 employees in an efficient manner
  • Liaise with site managers to gather payroll information
  • Help and assist site managers with payroll software and procedures
  • Manage and resolve multiple queries from site managers with payroll and employee issues
  • Process and update new starters, holidays, sickness and leavers
  • Issue new starter and leavers packs

This role requires a candidate that can show examples of excellent customer service and communication skills and that can prioritise and organise their own day to day duties. It would be advantageous if you have worked in a payroll environment however it is not essential as training will be provide to the right candidate. Although payroll experience is not essential you must have worked in an office or administration environment.
