A fantastic new opportunity has come up to work for a well know and rapidly growing accountancy firm based in St. Helen's, Merseyside. My client is looking for an experienced and self motivated individual to join the team as an accounts assistant/semi-senior. This is a full time, permanent position with scope for progression in the future.

  • Focusing on client service and meeting the day to day demands of the clients
  • Review client records and reconciliations of main control accounts
  • Preparing and submitting client VAT returns
  • Preparing and submitting accounts
  • Reconciliation of trial balance
  • Advanced Excel knowledge would be an advantage

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years experience working within a practice, studying towards AAT/ACCA/ACA qualification and have software experience with Sage and Excel.

Salary between £20,000 - £24,000 dependant on the candidate`s experience.
