Senior Payroll Assistant

Description

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroller to join one of Cumbria's fastest growing organisations. You will be joining a global manufacturer who prides itself on it "work hard / play hard" culture who is many local candidates employer of choice!

As the Senior Payroll Assistant you will report to the Payroll Manager and work in a team of 4. Your duties will include :

• Process weekly / monthly payroll for 200 employees
• Reconcile and process month end payments to HMRC
• Reconcile and process year end returns
• Provide timely information that helps department managers understand and control their department's payroll costs.

The successful Senior Payroll Assistant will have :

• Previous payroll experience working in a fast paced environment
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel
