Agility Resourcing is proud to partner with a leading specialist flooring provider based in Preston. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Care Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional looking to advance their career in the construction/flooring industry.

Role Overview: As a Customer Care Manager, you will be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency. You will manage the entire customer care process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with various departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction. A valid UK driving license is essential as regular site visits are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the customer care team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits to evaluate and address customer concerns.
  • Develop and enforce customer service policies and procedures.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Generate and present regular performance reports on customer care.
  • Identify and implement strategies for improving the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
