Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Performance Related Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
  • Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow to ensure timely completion.
  • Advisory Role: Advise customers on necessary vehicle maintenance and repairs, providing clear and concise explanations.
  • Quotation and Invoicing: Prepare and present accurate service quotations and invoices to customers.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct post-service follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of service visits and customer interactions.
  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed performance targets related to customer satisfaction and service sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive mechanics and maintenance procedures.
