£28000 - £32000 per annum
My client has multiple small successful businesses around the Fylde Coast and due to continued success are now looking to recruit a full-time accountant to join them and support the company growth, by taking control of the financial responsibilities, providing accurate information/analysis directly to the MD as well as other business managers.
Responsibilities will include month end close and journal postings for several companies, monthly management accounts, balance sheet accounts including VAT, weekly payroll, , Credit card reconciliation, reviewing and improving processes, lease with external accountants at year end and any other ad hoc payments as necessary.
Previous experience working in accounts is necessary, good understanding of VAT, excellent excel and sage knowledge, high attention to detail, ability to review and improve processes that will have a positive business impact, ability to communicate with MD and multiple company mangers, as well as other departments as necessary. A passion and drive for business.
