"agility are leading the way with technology to support candidates in presenting themselves to potential employers and help businesses make the best candidate selection for interviews. agility have recently introduced a system called i-Intro, a web based portal, which allows candidates to post personal videos of themselves, and answer role-relevant questions. This information can be accessed by agility, the candidate and potential employers. Personally using the system, I answered 5 tailored competency-based written questions and posted a personal video. I believe this new approach led significantly to gaining an interview and my current position. I highly recommend candidates engaging with this new technology to differentiate themselves from the candidate pool, and to employers to gain an insight into and a generally a better short list of candidates.
