Credit Controller

Agility are working with a fantastic employer who are going through a vast period of growth and due to this have an exciting opportunity for a new credit controller. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for credit control this could be the role for you.

What you will be doing:

• Actively pursue overdue debt, plus any other billed sums by telephone and email
• Liaise with property and asset managers to resolve any queries
• Weekly debt meetings
• Reconciling of accounts and monitoring customer accounts
• Liaising with Solicitors, Enforcement Agents, and liquidators
• Raising customer invoices and taking card payments
• Follow correct procedures and guidelines and escalate to legal proceedings when needed

What you will have:

• Experience in Credit Control
• Confidence when speaking on the phone
• Ability to work well within a team
• High attention to detail
