Senior Payroll Administrator

My client are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team to start immediately.

Cultural fit is critical as they aren't a corporate business, so ideally someone who has a holistic approach to their work would be key. As part of the team you will process weekly and monthly payroll and have a hands-on approach supporting pension advisers and managing year-end payroll.

Key requirements:

  • Managing weekly/monthly payroll for approximately 350 staff
  • Manage annualised hours system for operations staff
  • Manage year-end payroll
  • Provide full ELF/Sage system support to the business
  • Process new starters/leavers/staff turnover
  • Monitor employee holiday/sick entitlements
  • Provide payroll-based reports for the company including costs, annulaised hours and staffing levels
  • Pension auto-enrolment
