Senior Credit Controller/Manager

My client in Trafford are looking for a Senior Credit Controller/Manager for the North American clients to join their busy and dynamic team due to rapid growth. You must have team management/supervisory experience for this position as you will be responsible for a team of 4 controllers and 2 legal managers.

As the dedicated North American Credit Manager, you will lead the way in ensuring these exacting standards are maintained at this key point in the client journey.

They are looking for someone with creative flair, full of ideas on ways they can continuously improve processes and ready to make their mark on a well-established department.

Responsibilities

• Encouraging your staff through one-to-ones and inspiring management - constantly assessing quality standards to create a department that operates at its best
• Call scoring to assess call quality
• Proactively looking for areas of improvement
• Driving team performance on old debt and defaulted accounts
• Point of escalation for any client related issues

• Confident and professional manner
• Fast thinker and decision maker with excellent attention to detail
• Strong skills in communication, analysis and Microsoft Excel

The salary is £30k-£40k, but will look at current salary packages and consider increasing if need be. The working hours are 11am-8pm 3 days per week and 8.45am-5.15pm 2 days. This is purely down to working alongside American business hours.

The client
The offices are amazing. Bar on site, break out rooms on multiple floors including pool table and PS4s/Xboxs. The offices overlook Old Trafford as they are based on the 12th floor. They organise themed summer and Christmas parties, early finishes, cash incentives as well as activities across central Manchester.
