What's working for them actually like?

Laughter is an important part of our day. No one there attends pointless meetings; they'd rather get stuff done than sit around looking important. They may all do different jobs, but all are valued and treated with respect.

Their offices are in the heart of Manchester with ease of access to public transport and great shopping, and the third most visited city in the UK.

They don't do gimmicks like ping pong tables and ball pools to distract you from a mundane, pointless job with no future. They would rather you had a meaningful job with genuine prospects for advancement. Two of senior management team started in entry level positions.
