This role will be constantly changing, depending on the financial calendar and variations driven by structural change, making it varied and interesting. This role would suit someone who is keen to learn, progress and develop themselves.
Resolving complex problems to ensure management reporting timescales are met
Liaising effectively with other functions and across the finance teams
Continually improving procedures and working practices
Effectively policing the control environment
Inputting journal vouchers
Being the key point of contact for budget holders
Preparing for month end reporting - ensuring P&L and Balance Sheet are reflective of the financial position of the business
Reconciling Balance Sheet
Supporting the Financial control framework
