Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with payroll processing.
- Handle general administrative tasks within the finance department.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve any financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- AAT qualification or working towards one is highly desirable.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
