Assistant Management Accountant

My Client a Leading Market Research company is looking for an Assistant Management accountant.

Reporting directly to the Finance Manger as an Assistant Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Responsible for maintenance of accurate and up to date financial
• Processing of purchase payments and receivables
• Review of VAT returns and ensure submission within deadline
• Assist with the preparation of statutory reporting, investor reporting and management accounts
• Ensuring the timely processing and payment of all invoices and posting
• Monitoring cash balances and bank reconciliations
• Ensure payments processed, posted and updated
• Perform balance sheet/month end reconciliations
• Ensure all balance sheet balances in relation to designated Funds are cash flowed and monitored

Candidates will have at least 2 years experience within an Accountancy function and ideally have exposure to Management Accounts.

The successful candidate will be an ACCA/CIMA studier. For the successful candidate ongoing study support will be available along with an opportunity to grow and develop alongside ex Big 4 Accountants.
