Leading firm of Accountants are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Payroll Assistant to join a team of 6. Due to the implementation of a new Payroll System this is a busy period of growth for the company and candidates with system implementation expereince will be warmly received.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager you will be responsible for the following :
- Processing both the weekly and monthly payoll
- Accurate and timely processing of client payrolls
- Handling and answering customer enquiries
- Entering payroll changes - hours of work, change of address etc
- Delivering a world class service to clients
- Resolving any payroll queries
To be successfully shortlisted for the role you will:
- Work comfortably with managing all aspects of Payroll
- Have at least 2 years payroll experience
- Be able to demonstrate great communication skills
- Have experience in Excel and Microsoft office
- Be punctual and have excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate working in a fast-paced environment
- Be professional and dressed smart at all times
