Payroll Assistant

Description

Leading Fylde Coast organisation are looking urgently to recruit an experienced Payroll candidate to join the team urgently.

This is a busy and demanding position and the succesful candidate must be confident in their payroll skills. A summary of duties will include :

* Assist in the production of Monthly and weekly payrolls
* Calculation of SSP, SMP entitlement, Starter & Leaver processes including P45's, collating overtime payments
* Dealing with Pension set up, maintenance and deductions
* Monthly reports
* To deal with enquiries, both in person and via the phone/email
* To ensure Personnel Files are up to date
