Management Accountant

Description

Due to retirement, a leading privately owned manufacturing business based in Blackburn are looking to recruit a Qualified Management Accountant to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will head up the finance function and have responsibility for a small team.

Duties will include :

• Produce monthly management accounts
• Finalise Statutory Accounts and liase with the auditors
• Control cash and cash flow forecasting
• Responsible for the purchase ledger including payment of suppliers
• Company insurance's & obligations
• Bank Reconciliations
• Budgeting
• Stategically reviewing the business plans in line with growth plans with operational senior management team

Strong reporting skills are a pre-requisite including good Excel skills (pivots/lookups)
