Senior Management Accountant

A rare opportunity has arisen to join one of the Fylde Coast leading employers.

This job would suit an experienced Management or cost Accountant to be responsible for building some internal cost models to help the business understand it's costing processes.

The company is a highly successful niche manufacturer with a strong presence in its market. Due to business growth and new product launches, there is the requirement for a cost management accountant to assist the business in understanding more about the costing processes through the creation of new costing models.

The successful individual will be a strong management accountant used to working on budgets and forecasts but ideally with strong excel and previous cost model creation ideally in a manufacturing environment but this isn't essential.

Duties will include:

• Analysis of existing cost models and cost budgets.
• Analysis of relevant cost processes and understanding of data requirements.
• Creation of Excel models to successfully create business cost models that can be used for future use.
• Covering month end, management reporting, budget, forecast and other Management Information reports as required.
