Management Accountant / Blackpool

Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen at one of Blacpool's leading employers. Reporting to the Head of Finance I am keen to speak to CIMA / ACCA qualified Accoutantss who are looking to move their career to next level.

Duties :

• Ensuring accurate, reliable financial information is provided within appropriate deadlines to both internal and external customers
• Ensuring that reporting and control processes are automated
• Completing the management accounting and period end close processes
• Undertaking monthly meetings with senior management to review scheme profitability
• Liaising with the external auditors
• Preparing all VAT reporting, ensuring compliance with legal obligations and to manage queries as appropriate
• Assisting with the budget process
