Finance Business Manager

A unique opportunity has become available for a Finance Business Manager for a charitable organisation based with good commuter links in Preston.

As Finance Business Manager, you will be responsible for the full management of the Accounts function but also you will have responsibility for management of the Adminstration and Maintenace functions. This is a really varied role and will suit a multi-tasker who enjoys working in a totally autonomous environment.

Finance Responsibilities will include :

• Preparation of management accounts
• Maintaining cash flow forecasting
• Credit control
• Management of the bank and statement reconcilliation
• Accounts preparation on SAGE 50

Other duties will include :

• General building mainetance including scheduling of any required maintenance
• Responsibility for health & safety for the organisation
• Ensuring that all aspets of Human Resources are compliant

As a Senior Member of the management team, the Finance Business Manager will be required to act as an ambassador for the organisaiton and as such will be a confident communicator.
