Description

My client based in Ormskirk are looking for an individual with bookkeeping experience to join theirgrowing team. You will become an integral part of the finance team reporting to the Accounts Manager and will undertake bookkeeping activities as well as general office administrative duties.

Experience within a lettings/property environment would be advatnageous, however this isn't essential.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in reconciling incoming rent/data input
  • Remit rental and residential invoices
  • Credit/purchase ledger control
  • Reconcile incoming insurance recharges
  • Assist in new recharges
  • Insurance invoices
  • Xero data input/purchase invoices
  • Allocating supplier payments/bank receipts
  • Assist in reviewing, authorising and verifying payments

This role will suit someone with solid bookeeping experience, strong interpersonal and customer service skills as well as ecellent attention to detail and accurate and timely data entry.
