Junior Finance/Project Assistant

My client in Warrington are looking for a Junior Finance/Project Assistant to join their busy and expanding team based in South Warrington.

A good aptitude and attention to detail is a must, however full training will be provided.

Responsibilities include:

• Liaise with customers to ensure that planned service or project activities are executed in an efficient and timely manner
• Ensure that the engineering planner is up to date and the respective engineers are aware of their forth coming duties
• Compilation of site activity reports, which are to be provided to the engineers or sub-contractors prior to the site activity taking place
• Formatting of completed service reports to company standard and issue to clients, in a timely manner
• Liaise with the sales team in regards to replacement parts or additional activities, which may be required, following a service visit/intervention
• Raise purchase orders, invoices and order acknowledgements, utilising Sage and internal company registers
• Setup of new and maintain supplier information, covering insurance certificates, health & safety information, training records

Knowledge of Sage would be beneficial, but not nexessary. A working knowledge of Excel would be advantageous.
