Assistant Accountant

Agility Resourcing are working with a well established Blackpool manufacturing business, who, due to succession planning are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant. This role has a real opportunity to progress into a Senior Position over the next coming years as the FD plans to start retirement plans.

As Assistant Accountant, you will report into the Management Accountant and take responsibility for the following :

• Process the purchase ledger
• Chase outstanding debts and credit control
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Staff Expenses
• Stock Standard Costing
• Cash Flow Reporting
• Stock Reporting
• Petty Cash Management

THis is a superb opportunity for a candidate coming to the end of their AAT or maybe has just started their CIMA / ACCA studies. The succesful candidate can expect superb mentoring from a highly experienced FD and flexible working conditions with modern offices.
