Finance Manager

Agility Reseourcing are exclusively assisting a leading manufacturing organisation based in the heart of the Lake District to recruit a highly ambitious and career driven Finance Manager. This role will suit a Qualified Accountant who has desires and abilities to succeed into the FD position in the next 5/6 years.

With a strong product range, the successful candidate must have strong manufacturing experience and good knowledge of costings would be an advantage. Equally, the Finance Manager will have strong data analysis skills and be confident using and manipulating ERP systems.

Reporting to the GRoup FD initial duties will include :

• Production of management accounts to report monthly profit and performance
• Manage inventory and stock
• Proposing, implementing & monitoring cost saving initiatives
• Production of annual budget and forecasts
• Analysis and review of Capex business cases
• Cash flow forecasting
• Ad hoc project work to include a possible new ERP system implementation / upgrade
