Description

A growing Accountancy Practice based in the heart of Lancaster are looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Assistant.

Working in a busy environment, you will have experience in managing a variety of payrolls from weekly, fortnightly and monthly. Clients payrolls vary from 20 employees to over 100 therefore strong attention to detail is a pre-requisite.

Duties will include :

  • Processing end to end payroll for clients
  • RTI Submissions
  • Processing starters and leavers
  • Manual calculations
  • BACS payments
  • Managing pension contributions
  • Dealing with payroll queries

Experience using SAGE Payroll would be an advantage as would previous experience working in a Payroll bureau although industry candidates will also be considered.

The successful Payroll Assistant can expect a competitive salary, support towards CIPP (not essential) along with on-site parking.
