Accounts Assistant - Fylde Coast

A well established Manufacturing organisation are now in a position to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will ideally be studying AAT and have 2 years experience within an Accounts role.

Duties will include

• Monthly invoicing for sales
• Responsibility for sales and purchase ledger transactions, input into the general ledger and at least monthly reconciliation of some general ledger control accounts.
• Dealing with customer and supplier queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Supplier Bacs payments process
• Ad hoc data analysis duties and provision of reports and analysis.

You will ideally have experience using SAGE as well as having strong excel skills. The successful candidate will receive ongoing study support, guidance from an engaging FC as well as superb working conditions.
