I am working for a forward-thinking innovative client who provide accounting services to the creative sector, health, medical and wellbeing

They are looking for an amazing individual to join their driven and dynamic team within a firm of chartered accountants which is doubling in sales year on year. Someone who is an excellent communicator, understands the need to nurture client relations (no matter the size of the account), is proactive, and comfortable managing their own time.

Their head office is in Yorkshire, but we are open to hearing from applicants across the UK if they've got the skill set and personality that we are looking for. Regardless of where you are based, you will need to be comfortable working virtually, as well as face-to-face, as we see this as an essential skill for everyone in our team moving forwards.

We are looking for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant who has previously worked in a firm of accountants and has experience in personal tax, VAT returns, tax planning, management accounts, statutory accounts preparation and corporation tax returns. Experience in Excel, SAGE, Quickbooks, VT, FreeAgent and Xero is also essential.

This is a challenging, demanding, and exciting role for an ACA/ACCA qualified accountant, which includes detailed accountancy and tax work, plus interaction with prospective clients and existing clients. This role requires a special individual who is both very

personable, but also has tremendous attention to detail.

You will be responsible for managing your own workflow and time, client relationships, meeting deadlines on time and meeting, if not exceeding, client expectations in the process, as well as being a leader and role model to our team of accounts assistants. Your technical knowledge will be excellent and you will be able to communicate clearly, and effectively to everyone, always taking time to clarify and explain where needed, able to ask difficult questions and eager to have the discussions necessary to support the client to the best of your ability, because you genuinely want to make a difference for their clients.

You will be expected to be a leader, taking responsibility in your role and accountability

for your actions and decisions, as well as being prepared to learn from your mistakes.

If you think this sounds like you, I would love to hear from you.
