Financial Controller

Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Qualified Accountant to join a PE backed company as Financial Controller.

Reporting to a fantastic talented and charismatic CFO this is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to take their career to the next level.

As Financial Controller your duties will include :

• Ensure robust financial controls and processes throughout the business
• Responsibility of balance sheets, cash flow, consolidations and financial reporting
• Production of monthly management accounts and Board Packs
• Drive continual improvement in the month-end and year-end reporting
• Lead the audit process
• Establish high-quality cashflow forecasting, reporting and management
• Ownership of the banking documents, covenant reporting and forecasting
• Company secretarial responsibility, ranging from maintaining the Group structure and Company books to managing the Group's insurance
• Working closely with the CFO on projects as required

The successful Financial Controller will be Qualified or Qualified by Experience and candidates on short notice periods are also welcome to apply.
