A well known and well established business based in Blackpool are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to cover a period of maternity leave.

The successful candidate will have the ability to "hit the ground running" and have a least 2 years experience in a similar role.

Duties as Purchase Ledger Assistant will include :

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices (including managing the authorisation process)
  • Filing all correspondence on a timely basis
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Ensuring payments are made by the expected dates but within weekly payment forecasts
  • Managing set accounts and balancing statements

You will be a strong communicator with an ability to build relationsips quickly. An immediate start is available so interested candidates are urged to apply immediately.
