HR Apprentice
Agility is working with a great organization who due to increased contracts is now seeking an HR Apprentice to join their HR Team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a career in HR and gain valuable experience and a level 3 HR (CIPD) qualification.
The role involves providing support within the HR Services Team, initially working with the HR system, with the potential to move into other specialisms of HR.
You'll be responsible for:-
- HR System data administration, including the processing of starters, leavers, employee lifecycle changes
- Being a key contact for the HR
- First-line support for employee queries relating to the HR system
- Providing ad-hoc and scheduled reports to HR and business
- Support Senior Operations Manager in system releases/implementations
Qualifications & Technical Knowledge
- 5 GCSEs (including Maths & English) at Grade C / 4 or above
- A Levels
- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
