Purchase Ledger Fixed Term Contract 4 - 6 Months

Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger person to join their established finance team. The role requires someone with previous experience in processing high volumes of invoices and someone that is confident and has strong customer service skills when speaking with suppliers.

Job Description:

  • Matching, batching, and coding invoices.
  • Checking monthly statements/adjustments
  • Processing supplier payments.
  • Supplier reconciliations.
  • Dealing with suppliers and resolving queries.
  • Ad-hoc duties to assist the finance team

Ideally, you will:

  • Be used to processing high volumes of invoices.
  • IT literate
  • Have experience of working as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail
